We’re on the search for a Junior Development Advisor!

This role will be responsible for the communication, liaison, and intake of customer work to our front-end web development team. This role is part of the onBrand team, who is responsible for all Uberflip front-end customizations for both new, and existing customers.Β Your first project in this role will be toΒ oversee customer communications and management for a critical web development migration project for a large portfolio of Uberflip customers.

What you will be doing:

  • Manage a queue of customer requests using Zendesk and JIRAEnsure that tickets are accurately scoped and that the team has enough details to action requests
  • Coordinate with the Uberflip CX team and the customer to facilitate calls as necessary
  • Manage communications with customers as their request moves through the workflow
  • When requests are completed, coordinate with the customer throughout the QA and UAT cycle and obtain sign-off for completed work
  • Manage ticket scope and change requests as necessary for in-flight work

We want to talk to you if you have:

  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Knowledge of UI design practices and skills/experience creating mockups using design software (E.g. Sketch)
  • Knowledge and understanding of front-end web development practices
  • Ability to troubleshoot and triage
  • Experience in Customer Success, Support, or Professional Services in a B2B or B2C environment

Bonus points if:

  • Experience using ticket and project management tools (JIRA, Zendesk, etc.)
  • An eye for design, and familiarity with UX design principles is an asset
  • Are problem solver who loves helping people and working with customers every day
  • You’re a go-getter with everything you do and always look to take initiative to help a customer or improve a process
  • You love working as part of a dynamic, cross-functional team
  • You’re a fast learner who feels comfortable in the world of cutting edge SaaS technology
  • SaaS Services or Account Management experience – Enterprise customer experience is an asset
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, project management expertise is an asset
  • Comfortable consulting customers on development and design practices
