Senior Manager of Population Health Data

The Senior Manager of Population Health Data will lead a team that is responsible for the gathering of all population health data for the Six Nations community. The team will use epidemiological data collection methods to assist the Six Nations of the Grand River (SNGR) organization in understanding the population health status of our community. This role will also contribute to the work of ensuring that our services across all departments of health in the community. Expectations are to support the Executive Director of Data Analytics & Insights in the community's population health assessment, disease surveillance, service impacts upon wellness and other health-related data collection functions. 

In addition, the Senior Manager of Population Health Data will support the Core Services departments in the implementation of the goals and objectives of the various departments, while working within the Administration's policies and procedures established for this type of work.
