As the Kayanase Operations Manager you will possess skills in client service, planning and organizing, conflict resolution, problem solving, and critical thinking. In addition to these skills, you must meet these qualifications:

• Shall possess a Degree in the area of Administration or Business
OR
• Certificate in related discipline and a minimum of 5 years of experience working at a management level

A. PURPOSE AND SCOPE
The Kayanase Operations Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating the business of Kayanase. The Kayanase Operations Manager is responsible for the strategic direction and overall leadership of Ecological Restoration Services and Greenhouse Operations.
This role is to effectively and efficiently manage the development and direction of Kayanase to drive the growth of revenue, technical productivity and promote high quality customer satisfaction while building relationships and ensuring the integration of strategic plans with company operations.
The Kayanase Operations Manager is directly responsible for the health and performance of the organization, the success of its operations, and strategic planning for generating business of Kayanase.
The Kayanase Operations Manager will focus on the ongoing improvement of the organization business model to ensure maximum productivity and revenue. The Kayanase Operations Manager will establish key long-term relationships with business partners that enhance the organizations profitability and market position. This individual will also provide financial leadership by managing budgets and monitoring long-term strategic fiscal plans.

B. QUALIFICATIONS
The Kayanase Operations Manager shall possess a degree in the area of Administration or Business degree or certificate and/or a related discipline and a minimum of 5 years of experience working at a management level.
Previous work experience in and/or familiarity with Ecological Restoration, Construction Management, and/or Greenhouse Operations preferred with demonstrated abilities’ in project planning, development, evaluation and management; demonstrated knowledge of and interest in ecology, horticulture, contracts and technical writing;
