Grand River Employment and Training Inc. (GRETI) is seeking a professional and hands-on Kayanase Operations Manager. The Kayanase Operations Manager will effectively and efficiently manage the development and direction of Kayanase to drive the growth of revenue, technical productivity and promote high-quality customer satisfaction while building relationships and ensuring the integration of strategic plans with company operations.

Reports To: Executive Director, GRETI INC.
A. PURPOSE:
The Kayanase Operations Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating the business of Kayanase. The Kayanase Operations Manager is responsible for the strategic direction and overall leadership of Ecological Restoration Services and Greenhouse Operations.
This role is to effectively and efficiently manage the development and direction of Kayanase to drive the growth of revenue, technical productivity and promote high quality customer satisfaction while building relationships and ensuring the integration of strategic plans with company operations.
The Kayanase Operations Manager is directly responsible for the health and performance of the organization, the success of its operations, and strategic planning for generating business of Kayanase.
The Kayanase Operations Manager will focus on the ongoing improvement of the organization business model to ensure maximum productivity and revenue. The Kayanase Operations Manager will establish key long-term relationships with business partners that enhance the organization’s profitability and market position. This individual will also provide financial leadership by managing budgets and monitoring long-term strategic fiscal plans.

The Kayanase Operations Manager shall possess Degree/Diploma in Administration or Business or in a related discipline, with Five (5) to ten (10) years experience working at a management level.
