The Employment and Training Coach will assist the Team Leaders in delivering programs and services to achieve organizational goals and targets. The main purpose of the Employment and Training Coach is to assist the clients in meeting employment and training objectives.

The Employment and Training Coach shall possess a Diploma or Degree in Social Work or a related discipline with a minimum of three (3) years of experience working with the public, preferably at an employment and training organization.
