What You’ll Do

Business Development & Investment Analysis

  • Support the development of SNGRDC’s investment and partnership strategy
  • Research emerging opportunities, trends, and Indigenous‑focused benefits
  • Conduct due diligence and financial/operational reviews
  • Build and maintain financial models, forecasts & scenario analyses
  • Prepare investment memos, reports & Board‑ready recommendations
  • Track RFPs, bids, proposals, and funding submissions
  • Maintain partner relationships and support invoice/payment tracking

Corporate Structuring & Governance

  • Assist with incorporation, annual filings, and statutory requirements
  • Maintain corporate records, structure charts & governance documents

CrossFunctional Support

  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership and the Board
  • Maintain organized data systems and shared folders
  • Support grant & funding applications
  • Provide analytical and administrative support as needed

What You Bring

  • Post‑secondary education in Commerce, Economics, Finance, or Business Administration
  • 2–4 years experience in business analysis, corporate administration, legal support, or investment‑related roles
  • Knowledge of corporate filings, governance documentation & entity setup
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
  • Strong financial literacy, able to analyze data, build models & produce clear reports
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
  • High initiative, strong prioritization, and ability to work independently
  • Professionalism, confidentiality, sound judgment & attention to detail
