Located in the heart of downtown Ohsweken, the GRETI Opportunities Centre is the perfect location for your next meeting or event. Our facility offers a wide variety of office spaces for rent, including the GRETI theatre, boardroom, and classrooms. These fully equipped, comfortable, spaces have everything you need to ensure all of your rental needs are met!
All office rentals are booked by OSTTC. If you are interested in booking office space, please submit your completed Office Rental Agreement and submit it to minda@gretisn.org. If you are in need of assistance, you can also call at 226-387-1662.
Is there notice required for cancellation?
THREE DAYS NOTICE is required for all cancellations.
Does the office rental include equipment?
Rental cost does not include A.V. equipment. For an additional $50, renters will have access to an overhead projector screen, P.A. system, microphone, flipchart, and wireless T.V. and DVD hookup.
Do I pay for the rental in full?
Customers without an account must pay in full before booking time. Customers with an established account in good standing may book time and be billed monthly.
How are the rates charged?
Hourly rates apply during GREAT’s regular business hours – Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 4:30 am, After hour rates apply after 4:30 pm.
