Our mission is to provide employment and training support to members of the Six Nations community who are seeking to achieve their career goals. At GREAT, our approach is holistic, addressing barriers to employment, education, and training while honouring Indigenous ways.

From skills training to job placements and community initiatives, we offer a wide range of programs and services tailored to meet the diverse needs of Six Nations Band Members. From resume assistance and employment counseling to needs assessments, job referrals, and job placements, GREAT is here to support our community every step of the way, and we are dedicated to fostering a supportive and inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and empowered to pursue their dreams.
