The vision of the ACCESS is that every Canadian child with cancer will have access to the latest scientific advances, diagnostic tools, therapy and supportive care leading to better outcomes and a better quality of life. ACCESS includes clinicians, researchers, survivors, patient advocates, and other stakeholders from across Canada who have diverse experience and expertise and embeds a patient- and person-centred approach by directly engaging and collaborating with persons with lived experience.  We are currently seeking a Research Project Coordinator to join our team. ACCESS has prioritized embedding values of reciprocity, equity and human rights in our work as a national pediatric cancer initiative. We are looking for an individual to join ACCESS who is interested in helping to create a diverse and inclusive community that strives to improve pediatric cancer outcomes, while simultaneously working to reduce barriers to treatment and outcome inequities.

The incumbent will need to balance multiple priorities and work collaboratively with stakeholders including, but not limited to, organizations and initiatives across the country, clinicians, researchers, people with lived experience, and equity-denied partner groups. The Research Project Coordinator position requires a proactive and action–oriented individual with outstanding organizational skills, excellent interpersonal skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
