JOB SUMMARY: The Quality Improvement & Performance Coordinator reports to and works under the direction and supervision of the Senior Manager, Professional Practice Office.

The Professional Practice Office (PPO) sits within the Department of Well-Being. The PPO is a core service which is responsible for advancing systems that improve professional practice, ensuring alignment with regulatory and practice standards, and supporting the development and maintenance of professional, clinical, quality and safety procedures across the department.

The Quality Improvement and Performance Coordinator is responsible for working with the Senior Manager of the Professional Practice Office to ensure the implementation and adherence to professional, practice, clinical, quality and competency standards and processes across SNGR.

The incumbent will support departmental quality improvement, accreditation and risk management activities through the development, maintenance and analysis of quality data systems and reporting tools and providing expert methodology support for quality improvement projects. This includes contributing to quality reporting, supporting the development of data tracking dashboards, and assisting with the monitoring of organizational risks, client incidents, and privacy incidents to inform continuous quality improvement and risk
