JOB SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Director of Community and Social Services, the Program Support Worker provides administrative, operational, financial, and program support across the Community and Social Services Division. This position is responsible for coordinating day-to-day administrative functions, maintaining financial and program records, supporting divisional communications, and assisting with service delivery initiatives.
The Program Support Worker will provide support across multiple program areas, including Child and Family Services, Recreation, Family Well-Being, Ontario Works, and the Oneida Family Healing Lodge, and may be assigned to various teams based on operational requirements.
This position plays a key role in ensuring efficient office operations, supporting program delivery, and enhancing collaboration across the division. The role also leads and supports the planning, coordination, and execution of divisional and community events, initiatives, and special projects.
