Production Team Member

The Company

CRM is North America’s leading manufacturer of crumb rubber produced by recycling end-of-life tires. Our engineered rubber product is integral in the production of safer sports fields, longer-lasting and more durable roads and a range of molded goods that contribute to more sustainable and livable playgrounds, landscapes and commercial spaces. We are a fast paced and growing company with rapidly expanding operations in Brantford Ontario.

At CRM we are looking for number of Production Team member to join our team to provide support to our production team.

Duties and Responsibilities

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the skill, and/or abilities required.

  • Physically fit, able to lift 30-50 lbs repetitively during 8 to 12 hours shift
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Safety conscious, willingness to take on additional tasks as they arise
  • Clear understanding of “lockout/tag-out” procedures (willing to train)
  • Previous lift truck experience required
  • Previous skid steer experience is an asset, in house training will be provided.
  • Punctual with excellent attendance
  • Able or capable of working day shift or afternoon shift with notice.
  • Clean up the surrounding area daily
  • Follow safe work practices at all time
  • Performs other work-related duties as assigned.

Work Condition

  • Ability to work with limited onsite supervision
  • Flexibility to work over-time, and weekends as required
  • Exposed to outside elements, cold weather in winters and warm weather in summers.

Job Type:

Currently we are looking for a team member to join us on our afternoon shift Monday – Friday. You must be flexible to work overtime and weekends as required. This position will be on probationary employment period with the possibility for a permanent position after a review of performance during the probationary period. We offer competitive pay and benefits are available after successful completion of your probationary period.
