POSITION TYPE: Part-Time 0-44 hours per week

SHIFTS: 7:00pm – 7:00am

SECURITY CLEARANCE: Police Record Check Required upon Offer

 NIGHT-TIME CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

 

SUMMARY

Reporting to the Assistant Director of Operations, the SNGRDC Night-Time Customer Service staff is responsible for assisting with the delivery of excellence in customer service that is conducive to the exceptional standards of SNGRDC. The Night-Time Customer Service Team Member rotates throughout SNGRDC properties and various customer service roles as required by operational needs. The chosen candidate will work within the policies and procedures established by the Six Nations of the Grand River Development Corporation and ensure that the assigned duties have been carried out effectively.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • This position operates seven days a week. Although the majority of shifts are nights, occasionally, the individual will need to be available for training on day shift. All candidates must be flexible with scheduling.
  • Ensures that all SNGRDC properties remain professional, welcoming, and accessible to our visitors.
  • Provides exceptional customer service in a fast and efficient manner for our guests.
  • Responds to guest questions and concerns after hours.
  • Perform rounds at the Bingo Hall, Chiefswood Park, and the Gathering Place by the Grand throughout the night.
  • Close up the Gathering Place after hours if necessary.
  • Assist Guest Experience with events as required
  • Walk customers to their cars after Bingo if needed.
  • Assist with late night cabin check-ins at the park.
  • Attend to any concerns from customers after-hours at SNGRDC locations.
  • Monitor parking at Bingo Hall and Gathering Place [designated spots, fire route, etc].
  • Coordinate with other staff on shift and perform 2-hour check-ins.
  • Maintain a safe working environment.
  • Report any concerns to management in a timely manner.
  • Participates in and completes all required SNGRDC training.
