JOB SUMMARY: The Mental Health Case Manager reports to and works under the direction and supervision of the Ęgǫwadiyadagenha˺ Land Based Healing Centre Team Manager which includes matters pertaining to the policies and procedures of Six Nations Elected Council.
To assist the Ęgǫwadiyadagenha˺ Land Based Healing Centre Team Manager in the performance of statutory, advisory and operational duties related to the successful integration of Mental Health clients into the community.
To assist the Ęgǫwadiyadagenha˺ Land Based Healing Centre Team Manager and Director of Wellbeing in the provision of a culturally appropriate and trauma informed wholistic health support rooted in Hodi:nohshoni/Rotinonhsion:ni knowledge and perspective.
