JOB SUMMARY: The Land Based Learning Program Coordinator reports to and works under the direction and supervision of the Ęgǫwadiya’dagenha’ Land Based Healing Centre Team Manager which includes matters pertaining to the policies and procedures of Six Nations Elected Council.

 

The Land-Based Learning Program Coordinator provides guidance and direction to Land Based Helpers to ensure the successful development and delivery of land-based programming for individuals and families in a manner respectful of Rotinonhsyon:ni culture and practices. The Program Coordinator supports community access to culturally grounded land and water based activities that strengthen skills, knowledge, confidence, and connection to culture. Programming is guided by Rotinonhsyon:ni knowledge and practices and work is completed in collaboration with Cultural Advisors and the Team Manager. This role includes leadership in building community partnerships and collaborations that expand access to Land Based Learning opportunities.

 

 

Type: Contract (24 months)

Hours of Work: 37.5hrs/week

Wage: $34.73 - $43.41/hr
