JOB TITLE: Jr. Maintenance Technician 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Daily Responsibilities: 

• Pick up refuse in drive thru areas and all grounds 
• Remove stickers and address any damages on grounds
• Empty and clean all outdoor garbage receptacles (in front of Klass A, Konvenience Plus, Dog Run) 
• Clean around Dumpsters and Trash enclosure
• Check water levels for Tim Horton's, Kar Wash, Gas Office and Klass A 
• Other duties as assigned 

Weekly Responsibilities:

• Clean Dog Run of refuse and debris, replace bags in holder 
• Check and maintain butt-out smoke stands, clean out and replace bags when necessary 
• Check spill kit at Gas Bar, fill when necessary 
• Clean ditches of refuse or debris 
• Check all bathrooms and ensure supplies are filled and areas are clean 
• Clean and wash down drive thru area, including service window and sill 
• Check Septic tanks and schedule pump outs when necessary 

Equipment Maintenance: 

• Lawn equipment 
• Keep equipment clean and organized 
• Maintain gas bar seacan 

Seasonal Responsibilities: 

Spring

• Clean up from Winter 
• Fix and maintain ground where necessary 
• Fix and fill potholes in driveways and parking areas 
• Landscape maintenance 
• Planting 

Summer 

• Maintain grass cutting and weed whacking on grounds 
• Lay down grass seed if necessary 
• Weeding and flower bed maintenance on grounds 

Fall 

• Clean and maintain leaf pickup 
• Winterize around property
• Fix and fill potholes in driveways and parking areas
