As the IT Support Team Lead, you’ll play a key role in delivering hands-on technology support to staff while guiding local IT coordination efforts. You’ll manage day-to-day user support, assist with project coordination, and collaborate with external partners on broader IT planning. This role also includes mentoring a junior technician and ensuring a consistent, high-quality support experience across the organization.

The IT Support Team Lead shall possess the following skills: excellent oral communication and customer service skills, good analytical, problem solving and conflict resolution skills. In addition to these skills you must possess the following qualifications:

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline, or related experience & industry certifications
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience working as an information systems technician
