As the IT Support Team Lead, you’ll play a key role in delivering hands-on technology support to staff while guiding local IT coordination efforts. You’ll manage day-to-day user support, assist with project coordination, and collaborate with external partners on broader IT planning. This role also includes mentoring a junior technician and ensuring a consistent, high-quality support experience across the organization.
