Position Title: Get Moving! After-School Support Facilitator
Start Date/End Date: December 8, 2025 – June 18, 2026
Layoff period: 2 periods: December 22, 2025, to January 2, 2026, | March 16, 2026, to March 20, 2026
Hours: 15 hrs per week
Location: Progress Place Community Place Hub (Weston Rd and Lawrence Ave W)
Hourly rate: $18.76/hour
Reports to: After School Program Coordinator

Position Summary
The After-School Support Facilitator provides planning and program support for Get Moving! Program for children ages 6 to 12 years old with a focus on healthy active living. This program aims to improve health issues of newcomer children and youth by focusing on physical activity, health eating and wellness education. In addition, homework assistance, excursions and arts-based activities are planned for its participants.
