Term: Permanent Part-Time, 11-month position, September to July (inclusive)

Department: Standing Stone School   

Division: Life Long Learning            

Salary: $22.04 per hour

Hours: 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 3:00p.m. to 9:00p.m.

JOB SUMMARY:  

Oneida Nation of the Thames is a First Nations Settlement located near the City of London, Ontario. Standing Stone School offers FDK through Grade 6 programming for approximately 190 students.

The Custodian is responsible for performing custodial duties, minor maintenance, and other miscellaneous duties to ensure Standing Stone School building and facilities are maintained in a healthy, safe, and sanitary manner.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Grade 12 Diploma or equivalent. 
  2. Previous employment experience in a custodial capacity.
  3. Must be able to perform the essential physical duties of the position which may include lifting, pushing, pulling, kneeling, stairs/ladder climbing, and operating motorized equipment.
