JOB SUMMARY: The Cultural Training Coordinator reports to and works under the direction and supervision of the Professional Practice Office Senior Manager

The Cultural Training Coordinator will be responsible for coordination and scheduling of the Cultural Safety Training for the Department of Well-Being.  This includes food ordering and set up (breakfast & lunch); purchasing required supplies; printing and organizing of training materials for the facilitators and participants; along with coordination and booking of training spaces for the year - organized into an annual schedule for the facilitators.

This role may also support other targeted culturally based training that is being developed and earmarked for SNGR Well Being department employees.

This position models, champions and reinforces Well Being department vision, mission and values through the implementation of specific targeted cultural training and development initiatives for new and existing employees.
