JOB SUMMARY: The Cultural Language Instructor – Bicentennial reports Reports to and works under the direction and supervision of the Supervisor of the Six Nations Child Care Centre.
Under the direction of the Child Care Supervisor, the Cultural Language Instructor is responsible for facilitation of an integrated cultural enriched, safe play-based, childcare centred learning environment for the children six months to six years, parents, staff and students within the child care setting and supporting child: staff ratios on a daily basis.
The Cultural Language Instructor will ensure the implementation of “How Does Learning Happen”, Excerpts from ELECT document, and comply with Six Nations Elected Council Employment Policy, the Six Nations Council Health and Safety Guidelines, Six Nations Child Care Procedures and Guidelines and Parent Handbook.
