What You'll Do 

Digital Content Creation & Storytelling

Create engaging written, visual, audio and video content for social media, websites, digital advertising and internal communications.

Develop compelling stories that strengthen brand awareness, audience engagement, and content connection.

Ensure content aligns with SNG's brand values and communication objectives.

Social Media Management & Distribution

  • Manage and schedule content across platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

Monitor engagement, respond appropriately to audience interactions, and support online community building.

Utilize social media management tools to ensure consistent and strategic content delivery.

 Digital Advertising Support

Assist with the execution and optimization of digital advertising campaigns through Meta and Google Ads

Support campaign performance tracking and reporting

Help ensure advertising initiatives align with overall marketing goals and strategies

Content Strategy & Marketing Support

Contribute creative ideas and insight to marketing, communications and public relations initiatives.

Support the development of campaigns to enhance brand visibility and audience reach.

Collaborate with internal teams to identify content, opportunities, and success stories.

Analyze & reporting

Track content, social media, and campaign performance metrics.

Prepare reports and provide recommendations to support continuous improvement.

Analyze engagement data and identify opportunities to optimize performance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal departments, leadership and external partners to develop marketing and communication materials.
  • Assist with maintaining content, libraries, marketing assets, and brand resources.
  • Support organizational initiatives, events, and special projects as required.

Professional Development & Team Support

  • Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Participate in team projects and contribute to departmental goals.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

What You Bring

College diploma or certificate in marketing communications, public relations, journalism or related field or equivalent experience.

Approximately 1 year of experience in digital marketing, social media management, content creation or related fields.

Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends and management tools.

Experience creating content, including copywriting, graphics, video and multimedia assets.

Familiarity with Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms.

Experience using Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools.

Basic knowledge of web design and HTML is considered an asset.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)

Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

High attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Strong interpersonal and public-facing communication skills.

Adaptability and willingness to learn and embrace change.
