JOB SUMMARY: The Community Health Survey Project Assistant Reports to and receives supervision from the Senior Manager of Population Health Data, and functional supervision from the CHS Outreach Lead or the CHS Project Coordinator.

Type: Contract until March 31, 2027

Hours of Work: 35 hrs/week

Wage: Minimum $23.08/hr
