The Course Instructor – Consultant under of the direction of the Programs Lead, will be responsible for delivering the course content provided, offering specialized support as needed on a one on one basis for students and will provide supervision on offsite trips. These activities may include appointment scheduling, client and project consultation, as well as attending meetings or organizing trips.

The Course Instructor Consultant shall continuously strive to improve operations, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively with other staff to provide quality services.

 

Qualifications:

  • The Course Instructor Consultant shall possess a Post-Secondary Diploma/Degree in Disability Support Worker, or Bachelor’s Degree with a diploma or certificate in Education, OR
  • Grade 12 Diploma and three (3) to five (5) years within the Disability Support Worker field
  • Knowledge of Six Nations history, culture and language is an asset
