Kitchen Manager

Company: The Village Burger

We are seeking an experienced kitchen manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our growing small restaurant, The Village Burger.

Employment Type:

• Full-time (35 hours a week)
• Monday to Friday
• In person
• $22/hour

What you'll do:

• Manage the daily operations and service of the restaurant
• Create and maintain the staff's weekly schedule
• Maintain the quality standard of the food served
• Monitor the cleanliness of the kitchen and dining area
• Build the menu and adjust the service procedure as the business grows

What you'll bring:

• Prior experience in a kitchen management or assistant management role
• A positive and collaborative attitude
• The ability to work quickly and effectively in a fast-paced
